Fatal MOWER COUNTY car crash death of KENNETH EDWARD TLLOGAN
A fatal collision on Thursday afternoon resulted in the death of Kenneth Edward Tlougan, a 62-year-old motorcyclist. The incident occurred in Frankford Township, Mower County.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the crash involved a Dodge Caravan and a motorcycle on Highway 16. The Caravan, traveling south, attempted a left turn onto eastbound Highway 16 around 2:27 p.m. At the same time, a motorcycle was heading west on Highway 16.
The driver of the motorcycle, Kenneth Edward Tlougan, lost control while trying to avoid the Caravan. He died at the scene due to injuries sustained in the collision. A significant factor in the investigation was the lack of a helmet worn by Mr. Tlougan.
No injuries were reported for the occupants of the Caravan. The incident is currently under review by the Minnesota State Patrol.
