Fatal Largo shooting death of J’len Livingston
Prince George’s County law enforcement identified and arrested Damarion Jones, a 21-year-old from Largo, in connection with a deadly shooting that occurred on Sunday morning. Jones is formally accused of murdering J’len Livingston, a 21-year-old from Clinton.
On July 6th, 2025, at around 1:00 in the early morning hours, police received reports about a shooting in the 7500 block of Allendale Drive. Livingston did not survive the injuries he sustained before being transported to a hospital.
Investigators employed various methods to identify Jones as the suspect and secured an arrest warrant for him. Early findings suggest the shooting took place during a personal disagreement between the suspect and the victim. It is noted that the suspect and the deceased were acquainted.
The fugitive hunters from the Prince George’s Police Department found and apprehended Jones on Wednesday. He faces charges including first and second degree murder, plus other accusations. Jones is currently held by the Department of Corrections without bail, awaiting trial.
