Law enforcement officials in the Town of Grant, Wisconsin, reported a tragic incident on the early morning hours of July 5, 2025, resulting in one fatality and one serious injury. The collision, occurring approximately at 1:00 A.M. on Evergreen Avenue near 110th Street, involved a pickup truck carrying four young people. According to preliminary accounts, the vehicle was driven in a hazardous way before it lost control.
Emergency personnel quickly rushed to the scene after receiving the alarm. Upon their arrival, they encountered the driver and a passenger located in the front seat. This passenger was identified as Stephan Hill, who had been thrown partially from the vehicle and suffered critical injuries. The driver was airlifted to a medical center for treatment, but Hill was pronounced dead at the site. Fortunately, the individuals situated in the rear seats of the pickup truck were not physically harmed.
