Oliver Price died when the vehicle left the A396 at Cutcombe Hill near Minehead, Somerset, and slid down a 20ft slope last Thursday.

The coach was transporting students and educators from Minehead Middle School, who had concluded a visit to Exmoor Zoo and were making their way back.

The collision transpired between Wheddon Cross and Timberscombe around 3:15 pm on July 17th.

The large bus departed the roadway, flipped, and settled approximately 20 feet below a steep incline.

A firefighter on leave was immediately able to initiate rescue operations for the passengers.

During a preliminary session at the Somerset Coroner’s Court in Wells Town Hall, it was stated that Oliver suffered fatal injuries to his head.
