Fatal Kingsburg assault death of Alvaro Hernandez Junior
Kingsburg authorities reported that a man has been taken into custody for charges related to the death of Alvaro Hernandez Junior. The incident occurred in Kingsburg.
Luis Rodriguez, aged 38, is being held at the Fresno County Jail. He faces a murder accusation. Rodriguez’s bail amount has been set at one million dollars.
According to police, emergency services were dispatched to the intersection of Seventh Avenue and Nevada Street in Kingsburg shortly after 10:30 pm on July 18th. When officers arrived, they found 25-year-old Alvaro Hernandez Junior suffering from severe injuries. Despite the medical interventions at the hospital, Hernandez Junior did not survive his condition.
Following the initial police response, the local sheriff’s office began investigating the case and identified Luis Rodriguez as the suspect. Rodriguez was located and arrested in Selma earlier in the week. The ongoing probe aims to uncover more details about the circumstances surrounding the death.
