Fatal Aiken County, S.C. car crash death of Summer Poole
Law enforcement confirmed a serious accident on Saturday, resulting in the death of a man on a motorcycle in Aiken County. The authorities stated the fatality happened after a two-vehicle collision.
The Aiken County Coroner, Darryl Ables, officially identified the deceased as Summer Poole. She passed away at the scene shortly after the collision, around 6:53 p.m.
Those in charge explained that Ms. Poole’s motorcycle encountered a car at the junction of Whiskey Road and Chukker Creek Road. The authorities were informed about the accident at 6:09 p.m.
Information from the Aiken County Coroner’s Office detailed that Ms. Poole was riding a 2003 Honda motorcycle towards the south on Whiskey Road. At that time, a car traveling north on Whiskey Road apparently drove into Ms. Poole’s path.
The officials have set up a time for Ms. Poole’s autopsy, which will take place in Newberry the following week.
