The District Attorney’s office announced the identities of the two individuals who lost their lives in the serious motor vehicle collision on West Street. The young males, identified as 19-year-old Kevin Dos Santos Lopes from New Bedford and 18-year-old Amilton De Pina Semedo from Pawtucket, Rhode Island, were the victims of this tragic incident. Officials confirmed that this single-vehicle accident is not being treated as a suspicious event. The Massachusetts State Police, in conjunction with officers from the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office, are investigating the cause of the crash.
