Darrell Scott Puttman dies in fatal Greenville car crash

Local authorities are examining a serious traffic incident. Responders went to 3rd Avenue on Saturday following reports of a collision near Greenville. Police stated that a 2017 Nissan Versa was heading east and left the road, hitting a depression and flipping over around 3:40 p.m.
The driver, who had worn a seatbelt at the time, was transported to Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital following the incident. He later passed away at 4:33 p.m. due to his injuries.
The Greenville County Coroner confirmed the deceased as Darrell Scott Puttman, a 56-year-old local resident. Officials noted he was the only individual inside the automobile. This case is still being actively looked into.
