According to reports, Mr. Strother was involved in the incident at approximately 10:20 p.m. He was crossing the street in the vicinity of the 5600 block of North Market Street, which is located close to Interstate 49 and the Love’s Truck Stop. Emergency medical services were dispatched, but they found him without vital signs. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
