The Killeen Police Department has confirmed two fatalities resulting from an event initially reported as a murder-suicide. According to official statements, emergency services were dispatched shortly after 12:16 a.m. on Sunday, August 10, to a residence on July Drive. Upon arrival, responding officers encountered a female victim found outside the building bearing signs of gunfire, and a male victim located inside the home who also showed evidence of being shot. Both individuals were pronounced deceased at the scene.
