Rashida Irvin dies in fatal Germantown shooting.
The unfortunate death of Rashida Irvin occurred during a fatal shooting incident in Germantown. Police were notified after a witness reported hearing gunshots in the area around 6:35 p.m. on Monday. Officers were called to the scene located at the 6300 block of Germantown Avenue. Upon their arrival, they found Mr. Irvin, a 55-year-old man, and Mrs. Irvin, who was 48. Tragically, Mrs. Irvin was pronounced dead shortly after being discovered, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the torso while inside the apartment. Following this discovery, Mr. Irvin, who is also 55, is the individual accused of her death and has been described as a wanted fugitive. Later on Wednesday, after midnight, Mr. Irvin reportedly surrendered to law enforcement authorities. He faces serious charges including murder and other related offenses.
