DAVID L. DOTY AND DONNA K. DOTY DIES IN FATAL TELFORD CAR CRASH
Fatal TELFORD car crash death of DAVID L. DOTY and DONNA K. DOTY
Two residents of CHUCKEY have been officially identified as victims in a deadly collision over the weekend on HIGHWAY 11-E, occurring near GRANDVIEW SCHOOL in TELFORD.
According to statements from the WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF, KEITH SEXTON, both individuals, DAVID L. DOTY and DONNA K. DOTY, lost their lives due to the serious traffic incident. TRAGETICALLY, DAVID DOTY passed away directly at the accident location. DONNA DOTY, ALONG WITH THE DRIVER OF THE SECOND VEHICLE, was transported to a regional medical facility following the collision. DONNA K. DOTY ultimately succumbed to her injuries at the hospital. The operator of the other car involved is currently recovering and is expected to make a full recovery.
HIGHWAY 11-E presented significant traffic challenges after the accident occurred around NOON. Both the NORTH and SOUTHBOUND travel lanes were halted for approximately THREE HOURS as cleanup operations and a thorough investigation were conducted by authorities.
SHERIFF SEXTON’S office confirmed that the WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPUTIES are actively carrying out the ongoing investigation into this fatal accident.
