Law enforcement officials announced on Tuesday that the death of Barbara McBride-Law, a 66-year-old resident of Lakeville, was found under suspicious conditions over the weekend. The incident occurred at a campground in the Mazeppa region.
Deputies arrived at Mac’s Park Place around 6 p.m. on Saturday due to reports concerning an unexpected death. Their investigation revealed the body of a woman inside a recreational vehicle situated near Lake Zumbro.
The authorities have confirmed that preliminary assessments suggested the circumstances surrounding Ms. McBride-Law’s demise were unusual. The Sheriff’s Office has not yet released the results of any ongoing medical examination, which are needed to determine the exact cause of death definitively.
