Kade Dupree, 29, Passes Away in Tragic Highway 75 Collision

PLAQUEMINE, Louisiana (WAFB) – Law enforcement agencies are examining a fatal automobile accident that resulted in the death of a man on Wednesday, September 3.
The individual involved has been confirmed as Kade Dupree, age 29.
The Iberville Parish Sheriff’s Office (IPSO) reports that the deceased was located deceased around 7:00 a.m. on Highway 75 in Plaquemine, situated just beneath the Jack Miller Landing area.
Sheriff’s deputies indicated the deceased was the target of the collision while ambulating.
Investigators commenced reviewing surveillance footage and ultimately pinpointed the vehicle responsible for the incident, which was operating near the Shintech establishment, a regional industrial complex.
Law enforcement officials confirmed they are pursuing charges against the operator.
Louisiana State Police are guiding the probe, with Iberville Parish Sheriff’s Office personnel providing support.
