A man identified as Ruben Dominguez De La Cruz was found dead in a park in Panorama City, the result of being shot. On Wednesday night, responding officers discovered the individual near the Sepulveda Recreation Center location. The fatal shooting happened close to 11:50 p.m. at 8825 Kester Avenue, situated between Rayen and Parthenia streets.
