The Orange County Sheriff’s Coroner’s Department announced Monday that a 16-year-old individual from Newport Beach has died following severe injuries sustained during an incident involving an electric bicycle. The young man, identified as Jagger Boys, was operating the two-wheeler near the intersection of Superior Avenue and Nice Lane shortly before 6 p.m. on September 23. According to law enforcement officials, the vehicle malfunctioned, resulting in the fatal accident. Emergency medical services were dispatched to the scene, and Jagger was transported to a local hospital, where his condition ultimately led to his death on Friday.
