Fatal Otter Tail County pickup crash death of Andrew Bixby
The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office announced the identity of the individual who died after being struck by a pickup truck in the early pre-dawn hours of Wednesday.
The person killed was identified as Andrew Bixby, a 24-year-old from New York Mills. He was reportedly walking on County Highway 67 when he was hit by another pickup driven by a man also from New York Mills.
The driver of the pickup vehicle stayed at the scene and provided information to law enforcement representatives without issue.
The authorities stated that the event is still being looked into by the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office.
