Based on available information, the individual who was involved in the collision with the school bus has been confirmed as Dawn Nemac, a 60-year-old resident of Mecklenburg County. The incident began when the bus driver stopped momentarily in front of a structure located at 700 Bruce Street. Following the disembarkation of the children, the driver then proceeded to drive the vehicle forward, resulting in the unfortunate impact with the pedestrian.
