According to Waco police records, the individual who died in a Friday afternoon motor vehicle accident was identified as 59-year-old Rodney Brown.
Initially, authorities reported his age as 41. The collision happened at 7:55 p.m. at the intersection of 17th Street and Waco Drive. Only the deceased person’s vehicle was involved. The individual was taken to a nearby medical center but subsequently passed away due to the injuries. Police confirmed the deceased was the sole occupant and operator of the vehicle.
