Police authorities in Enosburgh have officially confirmed the identity of the individual who lost their life in the recent accident involving an electrically powered scooter on a local trail. The incident occurred on the Mississquoi Valley Rail Trail.
Officials reported finding the scooter and the person operating it at the base of a slope leading off the trail. This location is situated near White Road in Enosburgh. The discovery was made around 7:30 in the morning of Tuesday.
Identifying the deceased person as David St. Cyr, who was 52 years old and lived in Enosburgh, was completed by law enforcement officials on Monday. Investigators involved in the case have stated they have determined that the death was not the result of any criminal activity.
