KEVIN FATCHERIC dies in fatal OSGO Traffic fatality

Fatal OSGO Traffic fatality death of KEVIN FATCHERIC

Police in OSGO reported responding to a stabbing incident at around 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning. Their preliminary report stated they were dispatched to a stabbing call at 71 W. Albany Street.

Upon their arrival at the scene, officers found a man suffering from a chest wound believed to be the cause of death.

The man’s identity has been confirmed as KEVIN FATCHERIC, a 41-year-old resident of OSGO.

Emergency medical services were immediately dispatched to the scene. They transported FATHERIC to Upstate Hospital for medical treatment. Regrettably, despite the emergency medical services’ best efforts, FATHERIC did not survive his injuries. He was pronounced deceased at the hospital.

Following the discovery of the body and initial investigation at the scene, law enforcement arrested two individuals. SCOTT SULLIVAN, who is 24 years old and from the town of FULTON, was taken into custody. REBECCA MANCHESTER, aged 44 and also from OSGO, was also arrested.

SULLIVAN faces several charges including second-degree murder, first-degree assault, and two counts of first-degree robbery.

MANCHESTER was charged with two counts of second-degree murder, two counts of first-degree assault, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and two counts of first-degree robbery.

Both suspects were transported to the OSGO County Court for Criminal Actions (CAP court) to face arraignment.

The investigation was aided by multiple agencies including the OSGO County District Attorney’s Office, the OSGO County Sheriff’s Office, Menter Ambulance, and the OSGO Fire Department.
