The Public Safety Department for Pennington County announced the names of those involved in the recent highway incident dated October 21st.
Brandon Lee Ice, identified as being 43 years of age and from Rapid City, passed away due to the injuries suffered during the collision. His vehicle, which was heading westbound on I-90, crossed the central median before striking another car driven by Jason Emsley Nisen. Nisen, also 43, is reported to be a resident of Box Elder. He was transported to the local medical facility with serious but non-fatal wounds.
