The Massachusetts District Attorney for Bristol County announced that the individual killed in a weekend motorcycle collision in Acushnet has been identified.
Officers located the deceased on the ground when they arrived at the 44 Main Street address around 10:10 p.m. on Saturday.
Nason’s 2010 Harley Davidson motorcycle was discovered severely damaged, abandoned near a nearby house.
Investigators noted that the body was found some distance away from the vehicle, indicating the rider suffered serious injuries.
Nason was taken to a nearby hospital, but unfortunately, he passed away on Monday morning.
State Police and local Acushnet law enforcement are continuing their probe into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
