Law enforcement authorities have indicated they have not disclosed the identity of the female victim who passed away at the residence located on Gerdes Road on Friday, and attempts to contact relevant parties on Monday proved unsuccessful. Sebastian van Stockum, aged 20, has formally been indicted with the charge of murder concerning her demise.
The ex-spouse of the deceased, Kevin Gahwyler, characterized the departed woman as an exceptionally skilled and highly motivated individual who had successfully operated an antiques enterprise in New Canaan. Gahwyler mentioned the relationship status of Sebastian van Stockum, the son of the deceased, stating he is the boy who was subsequently charged with murder. Dirk Van Stockum, the husband of the deceased, who was 56 years old, stated on Monday that he would not be providing any further information or commentary.
