The office confirmed that Terrance Bolger, a 27-year-old from North Charleston, succumbed to injuries from a gunshot wound on Sunday, November 2, at approximately 1:59 a.m.
North Charleston authorities reported receiving a call just before 2:00 a.m. Sunday regarding shots fired. Responding officers arrived at a parking area adjacent to the Aqua Event Center, located at 5624 Rivers Avenue. Initial reports indicated the disturbance originated from that specific location.
