Crystal Lake authorities reported receiving a call around 5:32 a.m. concerning two individuals who might have been sleeping inside a car situated on Coventry Lane within the 700-block area.
According to the police, a female individual aged 20 years old and a male person aged 31 years were located in a state of unresponsiveness with no apparent physical harm observed at the scene.
Both victims lost their lives at the location where the vehicle was found, as confirmed by the Crystal Lake police department.
The McHenry County Coroner has officially identified the deceased persons as Yeisimar Morales-Sanchez, who resided in Crystal Lake, and Kirby Graham, who was from Grayslake.
No further details concerning the ongoing investigation have been made public.
The preliminary cause of death has not yet been officially revealed by authorities.
