The fatal Newhall car crash death of Kimberley Shoemaker
According to reports from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office, Kimberley Shoemaker, a 45-year-old female, passed away as a result of being involved in a motor vehicle collision. Law enforcement officials have confirmed that this unfortunate incident occurred just before 11 p.m. on the evening of Thursday, October 30, 2025.
Sergeant Perkins from the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station stated that Shoemaker was struck by a car located on Railroad Avenue, close to Market Street. Following the collision, she was transported to a nearby medical facility but unfortunately, her condition deteriorated, and she passed away approximately three hours after arriving at the hospital, around 3 a.m. the following day.
Perkins added that the individual operating the vehicle involved in the accident remained at the scene and actively assisted the authorities with their ongoing investigation into the incident.
