Taylor Ritter, aged 20, passed away as a result of injuries caused by gunfire, according to the Portland Police Department’s announcement on Wednesday. The Medical Examiner’s Office has determined his passing constitutes a homicide.
The unfortunate discovery of the deceased occurred in the early hours of the morning in a parking area located in the 300 block of Southwest 3rd Avenue. Taylor Ritter, who was a recognized member of the Gresham community, was identified by the Portland police authorities as the individual killed in this incident.
