Timothy James Brightwell, a 52-year-old man from Ramer, Alabama, was killed in a traffic collision that occurred in Montgomery late Tuesday afternoon.

According to the Montgomery Police Department, officers were dispatched around 5:28 p.m. on December 23, 2025, to the intersection of Taylor Road and New Harvest Drive after reports of a three-vehicle crash. When authorities arrived, they found Brightwell suffering from severe injuries.

Emergency responders pronounced Brightwell dead at the scene. Police confirmed that he was the driver of one of the vehicles involved in the collision.

The crash remains under investigation as officials continue to examine the circumstances that led to the fatal incident.
