Dameion Anderson, 40, was killed following a violent traffic collision that occurred Friday afternoon in Fayetteville, according to local police. The crash also left two other individuals hospitalized in critical condition.

Investigators said Anderson was traveling along Cliffdale Road when his vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic and struck another car head-on near Regency Drive shortly before 12:45 p.m. The second vehicle was occupied by Daniel Mafnas and Mercedes Mafnas, both of whom suffered severe injuries and were rushed to the hospital, where they remained in critical condition later that day.
