Fatal Spartanburg shooting death of Tyson Hall – Obituary
Tyson Hall, 36, was shot and killed early Sunday morning in Spartanburg, South Carolina, after an altercation between two men, authorities reported.
Spartanburg police responded around 5 a.m. to a home on Wofford Street following a 911 call from a witness who saw the confrontation. Officers discovered Hall lying in a driveway with multiple gunshot wounds and immediately arranged for his transport to Spartanburg Medical Center. Despite emergency surgery, Hall was pronounced dead at 7:31 a.m.
Major Art Littlejohn of the Spartanburg Police Department said the incident has deeply affected the community and encouraged anyone with information to come forward.
