Christopher Sehak, 35, was killed early Friday morning in a collision at Grand Avenue and Dysart Road in Surprise, Arizona, authorities confirmed. A dog also died in the wreck.

Surprise Police reported that the crash occurred around 3 a.m. while the road was active, and initial findings suggest that one of the drivers may have run a red light. The incident caused significant traffic delays, closing the road for several hours.
