Savannah, Georgia Man Tyler Linn Arrested in Savannah for Deadly Parking Lot Shooting

SAVANNAH, GA — Tyler Linn, a 30-year-old man, was arrested in Savannah in connection with a deadly shooting that occurred Sunday in a Target parking lot.

According to the Savannah Police Department, Linn was taken into custody on Sunday after officers responded to the Target store in the 14000 block of Abercorn Street.

Authorities say the incident stemmed from an argument over a parking spot and involved the fatal shooting of Matthew Traywick, who later died from his injuries at the hospital.

Linn was transported to a local detention facility and is currently facing charges of murder and aggravated assault in connection with the incident. The investigation remains ongoing.
