David James Bailey of Canyon Lake, Texas dies in fatal Comal County car crash

Fatal Comal County car crash death of David James Bailey of Canyon Lake, Texas – Obituary

Authorities confirmed that David James Bailey, a 60-year-old resident of Canyon Lake, lost his life Tuesday following a rollover crash in Comal County.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Bailey was driving a 2016 Dodge Ram pickup truck westbound on Texas 46 when the vehicle left the roadway near South Cranes Mill Road. Investigators said the truck struck a fence and a utility pole before rolling over.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene, where Bailey was pronounced dead as a result of the injuries sustained in the crash.

Texas DPS officials stated that the incident remains under investigation as they work to determine the circumstances that led to the vehicle leaving the highway.
