Christopher Alan Righi, 37, of Newville, was killed Monday evening while attempting to direct traffic around a disabled vehicle on Green Spring Road in North Newton Township, Cumberland County.
Authorities reported the incident occurred around 5:41 p.m., when Righi was struck by a passing vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene, with multiple traumatic injuries listed as the cause of death. Pennsylvania State Police continue to investigate the crash.
