Fatal Moreno Valley motorcycle crash death of Marvonna Vaxter – Obituary

Marvonna Vaxter, 25, of Moreno Valley, was killed in a collision between a motorcycle and a vehicle on January 12. The crash occurred around 9:10 p.m. at the intersection of Moreno Beach Drive and Auto Mall Drive.

Deputies from the Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station found both vehicles heavily damaged upon arrival. Vaxter, the motorcycle rider, was transported to a local hospital in critical condition and later pronounced dead.

A person seen fleeing the scene was apprehended shortly after and arrested for possession of a controlled substance for sale and a probation violation.

The Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station Traffic Reconstruction Team is handling the investigation, which is ongoing as authorities work to identify the driver of the vehicle.
