Fatal Brewton pedestrian crash death of Ebbie Harman – Obituary

Ebbie Harman, a 50-year-old man, was tragically killed in a pedestrian crash Wednesday evening in Brewton. The incident occurred around 5 p.m. on South Boulevard near Bonehead Boots when Harman was struck by a vehicle.

Police arrived to find Harman in the roadway with several bystanders offering assistance. Emergency responders from the Brewton Fire Department and DW McMillan EMS provided care before transporting Harman to DW McMillan Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The Brewton Police Department’s Traffic Homicide Investigators are currently handling the case, and the investigation is ongoing.
