Lucia Jennifer Blandina Sontay Vicente, 19, of San Rafael, was killed Wednesday morning after being struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Point Pedro Road and Summit Avenue. The Marin County Sheriff’s Office reported the incident occurred around 8:33 a.m.

First responders found Vicente unresponsive on the roadway with multiple traumatic injuries. Despite immediate medical attention at the scene, she was pronounced dead.
