Meng Kue, 34, lost his life in a hit-and-run collision on Milwaukee’s northwest side, officials reported. His identity was confirmed by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office following their review of the incident.

The crash happened on the evening of January 15 at the intersection of North 76th Street and West Glendale Avenue. Police said Kue was traveling east on West Glendale Avenue when a vehicle heading north on North 76th Street struck his car.

First responders arrived quickly, but Kue succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The driver responsible did not stop and remains at large, according to Milwaukee authorities.

Bell Ambulance also acknowledged Kue’s death after providing emergency care at the scene. Law enforcement continues to search for the suspect vehicle and urges anyone with information or who witnessed the crash to contact police directly or submit tips anonymously through local reporting channels.
