Authorities in North Miami Beach have identified the man who died following a workplace accident involving heavy machinery as 71-year-old Mordehay Grunberger. Police said the incident occurred on Friday at the South Florida Kosher Market located on Northeast 163rd Street.

Officers responded to the scene after receiving reports of a serious accident inside the business. Investigators determined that Grunberger was involved in an incident with an industrial dough mixer while at the market.
