Dianna May Villalva, 51, died after being struck by a car Tuesday night in Westminster. The incident took place around 11 p.m. on Bolsa Chica Road, just south of Garden Grove Boulevard, according to the Westminster Police Department.
Authorities reported that Villalva, who was transient, suffered fatal injuries in the collision. The driver remained at the scene and fully cooperated with investigators, and police do not believe impairment was a factor in the crash.
