Aman lost his life and another individual was injured when a tractor-trailer collided with his pickup truck, causing a fire on Friday in Conway, New Hampshire, as reported by the New Hampshire State Police.
The victim’s identity has not yet been disclosed, pending notification of family members, according to a statement issued by State Police on Saturday.
The driver of the 2022 Peterbilt Tractor, hauling a trailer, has been identified as Andrew Ouellette, 35 years old. He was transported to Memorial Hospital to receive treatment for injuries that are not life-threatening, as stated in the official release.
According to the statement, Ouellette was traveling east on East Main Street when the tractor-trailer crossed into the opposite lane and collided with the westbound Ford F150 pickup truck.
Emergency responders from the Conway Police Department arrived at the scene of the motor vehicle collision at 3:57 p.m. They discovered that both vehicles had ignited in flames and requested assistance from the NH State Police due to the seriousness of the incident.
“The driver of the pickup truck succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash,” the statement confirmed.
