Fatal Tyler club shooting death of Keundas Jamoure Sanford – Obituary

Keundas Jamoure Sanford, 32, of Tyler, was killed early Sunday morning in a shooting outside the Exotic Social Club on Hwy. 64 West in Smith County. The incident also claimed the life of 24-year-old Keion Ddewayne Redd of Jacksonville, Texas, and left two others injured.

Authorities report that the shooting occurred during a party connected to Texas College. Surveillance footage shows an altercation that escalated when someone jumped on a car hood and made threatening statements. Despite multiple weapons being present, investigators say only one firearm was discharged, resulting in the deaths of Sanford and Redd.

Two 18-year-old suspects, Brandon Joseph Young and Andru Davis of Tyler, have been arrested in connection with the killings and face charges including capital murder and deadly conduct. Four additional individuals have also been taken into custody as part of the ongoing investigation.
