Aaniyah Daniah Bromeling, 19, died Sunday after her vehicle collided with a building on the west side of Indianapolis. The crash occurred near the Target at 6925 W. 38th St., where she was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Marion County Coroner’s Office confirmed Bromeling’s identity on Monday. Investigators from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department have examined the crash site, noting minimal damage to the building and no additional injuries.

Authorities say preliminary findings suggest the driver may have experienced a medical emergency or acted with suicidal intent before the crash.
