Boston authorities have named Andy Baez Manan, aged 35, as the individual who lost his life in a shooting incident on Sunday night in Jamaica Plain.
According to a statement released by Boston police on Wednesday, officers discovered Manan, a resident of Boston, suffering from gunshot injuries at the intersection of New Washington Street and the Arborway at approximately 10:20 p.m.
He received immediate medical attention at the scene before being transported to a nearby hospital, where he was tragically pronounced deceased.
