Fatal Kerrville shooting death of Deanna Leann Arispe – Obituary
The Kerrville Police Department is currently seeking a suspect in connection with the tragic shooting of a woman. The incident occurred at approximately 1:22 a.m. on Saturday in the 2800 block of Hunt Street.
Deanna Leann Arispe, aged 36, was discovered with gunshot wounds inside an apartment. Despite being rushed to a hospital, she succumbed to her injuries.
Investigations reveal that Gabriel Rene Aleman, 29, fired through the apartment’s front door, hitting Arispe. At the time, three children and two adults were present in the apartment, but Arispe was the only one injured.
Police identified Aleman as the suspect using doorbell security footage from the vicinity. A search warrant executed at his residence on South Michon Drive yielded no results, and Aleman is now wanted for murder.
Described as 6 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 205 pounds, Aleman has black shoulder-length hair, a brown beard, and brown eyes. His tattoos include a Green Packer G under his left eye, cursive names above his eyebrows, a starburst under his left eye, and additional tattoos on his neck, arms, and hands.
