Fatal El Paso County car crash death of Noi Barrow – Obituary
The Colorado State Patrol (CSP) investigated a collision at the intersection of N. Marksheffel Road and N. Carefree Circle on July 21, 2024.
According to CSP, two passenger vehicles were involved in a head-on crash at the intersection. Four individuals were taken to local hospitals with severe injuries.
Among them, one was pronounced dead at the hospital. The El Paso County Coroner identified the deceased as 75-year-old Noi Barrow.
The identities of the other injured parties have not yet been disclosed.
