Fatal Holly Hill car crash death of Quintela Wilson – Obituary
Quintela Wilson, the driver who lost her life in a tragic accident near Holly Hill on Sunday night, has been identified by Orangeburg County Coroner Samuetta Marshall.
The incident took place at 7:15 p.m. Sunday, roughly five miles north of Holly Hill. Wilson, driving a 2006 Toyota Avalon, was heading east on Branchdale Highway when she lost control, causing the vehicle to veer off the road and overturn.
The 27-year-old resident of Holly Hill was ejected from the car and succumbed to blunt force trauma, as confirmed by the coroner. Her two passengers sustained injuries and were transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital, reported the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
