Fatal Cimarron Hills crash death of Noi Barrow – Obituary
The El Paso County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim of a deadly crash in Cimarron Hills on Sunday afternoon as 75-year-old Noi Barrow.
Following a head-on collision at the intersection of N. Marksheffel Road and N. Carefree Circle, Barrow was pronounced dead after being rushed to a local hospital, according to a Colorado State Patrol press release.
The collision involved two vehicles, with the first being driven by a 41-year-old Colorado Springs woman and her juvenile passenger. Both were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Barrow was driving the second vehicle, which also had a juvenile passenger who remains hospitalized with serious injuries.
The Colorado State Patrol is continuing to investigate the incident. At this time, authorities do not believe that alcohol, drugs, or excessive speed played a role in the crash.
