Fatal Mason City crash death of Jennifer Buls-Vrba – Obituary
The Iowa State Patrol has identified the victim of a tragic accident that occurred Wednesday evening. Jennifer Buls-Vrba, a 42-year-old resident of Mason City, was killed in the collision.
The incident took place around 6 p.m. on Plymouth Road when Buls-Vrba, who was crossing the street, was hit by a vehicle driven by 17-year-old Jade Quam.
Following the accident, Buls-Vrba was rushed to MercyOne hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
The name of the victim was initially withheld pending family notification.
